Cancellation Policy

After making the purchase, the customer has 1 hour to submit a cancellation request before the item goes to production stage. We will be happy to process the full refund.

After this 1 hour period, your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed. We can always correct/change your shipping address before it is shipped.
